Login & Initiate Report
Head of Department (HOD) authenticates securely via the portal using their registered email. Once logged in, you will select the academic year and semester (Even or Odd) to initiate either the Semester Readiness Report or the Semester Closure Report to compile critical checklists.

Complete HOD Checklist & Link
HOD fills the identity and goes to share to faculty, generates the link and shares to the faculty.

Share Link & Faculty Checklists
Once faculty filled, you will get notification.

Complete Checkpoints & Submit
Go to checkpoint, fill and submit to OoA.
